This document is an official public offer by Individual entrepreneur Iryna Pontus (the “Seller”) to enter into an agreement for access to the Eira digital service on the terms set out below. Payment for the service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
1. General
Eira is a personalized astrology service delivered as a Telegram Mini App. “User” means the person who accepts this offer and pays for the service.
2. Subject
The Seller grants the User paid access to Eira’s digital content and features (natal chart, forecasts, recommendations, AI chat) according to the chosen plan.
3. Price and payment
Subscription price: 1 month — 249 UAH, 3 months — 599 UAH, 12 months — 2599 UAH.
Separate service — a personal written consultation with an astrologer: 699 UAH (one-time payment). The answer is delivered electronically within 24 hours of payment.
Payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) by Visa or Mastercard via the WayForPay payment service, using 3-D Secure.
The subscription may renew automatically for the same period at the same price. Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time in the Mini App.
4. Service delivery
The service is delivered digitally. Access is granted immediately after successful payment in the Eira app. There is no physical shipping. The service is available wherever Telegram works.
5. Refunds
The refund terms and procedure are set out on the “Refunds” page and form an integral part of this offer.
6. Rights and obligations
The Seller undertakes to provide access to the paid service. The User undertakes to provide accurate data required to deliver the service and to pay for it.
7. Liability
