By opening and using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Eira is

Eira provides astrology-based content — a natal chart, forecasts, recommendations and an AI chat — generated from the birth data you provide.

The Service is provided for personal, informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional advice and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional consultation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

4. Your account

The Service is accessed through your Telegram account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for the accuracy of the data you provide.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Eira offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Paid features become available after successful payment.

Payments are processed by WayForPay. Subscriptions may renew automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in the app; cancellation stops future charges, and access remains until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments for digital content already delivered are non-refundable. For billing questions, contact support.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and its content are protected by intellectual-property rights. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service. Content generated for you is for your personal use.

9. Disclaimer

Astrological content is provided “as is” for entertainment and self-reflection and carries no guarantee of accuracy or outcomes.

Parts of the Service use AI (including OpenAI) and astronomical calculations from third parties; generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Do not rely on it for important decisions, and always consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on content from the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
