Refunds

The service is delivered digitally. Access is granted immediately after payment, so payment for a service already provided is non-refundable, except where required by the laws of Ukraine.

1. General

Because access to the digital service is granted instantly after payment, funds for a service already provided are not refundable, except where expressly required by the laws of Ukraine.

2. Technical issues

If access was not provided for technical reasons, we refund the full amount within 14 days to the same card used for payment.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in the Mini App. Access remains until the end of the period already paid for.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] or use “Contact support” in the Mini App, stating the date and amount of the payment.
