1. Who we are

Eira (the “we”, “us”) operates the Eira Telegram Mini App and bot. For privacy questions you can reach us at [email protected] or via “Contact support” inside the app.

2. Data we collect

Telegram account data: your Telegram ID, username (if any) and interface language, provided by Telegram when you open the app.

Birth data you provide: name, date of birth, time of birth (if known) and place of birth. This data is required to calculate your natal chart and personalized analyses.

Service content: the analyses, forecasts and recommendations generated for you, and the messages you exchange with the AI chat.

Subscription and payment status: your plan, trial state and payment history. We do not store full card details — payments are handled by our payment provider.

Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

One functional cookie on our website (eira_r, 30 days): it remembers which link brought you here, so we can tell which channel a visit came from. It holds a short channel code only — no personal data, no advertising or third-party trackers.

3. How we use your data

To provide the Service: compute your natal chart, generate daily/weekly/monthly forecasts, recommendations and AI-chat answers based on your birth data.

To process subscriptions and payments, and to manage your trial and access.

To provide support and respond to your requests.

To maintain, secure and improve the Service.

4. Legal basis

We process your birth data on the basis of your consent, which you give by entering it. We process other data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service) and for our legitimate interest in operating and securing it.

5. Third parties we share data with

Telegram — the platform the Service runs on.

OpenAI — generates the text of analyses, forecasts and chat answers. Relevant prompt data (including birth-chart details) is sent to OpenAI to produce your content.

freeastrologyapi — performs astronomical calculations from your birth date, time and place.

WayForPay — processes payments; it handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

Our hosting/infrastructure providers, acting on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see “Your rights”). Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. payment records).

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected] or via “Contact support”. Withdrawing consent or deleting birth data means we can no longer provide personalized astrology features.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for persons under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Some of our providers (e.g. OpenAI) may process data outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by those providers.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version; significant changes will be communicated within the Service.
